📦 Return & Exchange Policy

 

1. Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be in new condition, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

Return process:

  1. Contact customer service to submit a return request

  2. Ship the item to the designated return address

  3. Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 1 business day

Return fees:

  • No restocking fee

  • Customers may choose drop-off return (subject to confirmation by customer service)

 

2. Exchanges

We accept exchange requests.

Exchange conditions:

  • Items must be in new condition, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

Exchange process:

  1. Contact customer service to submit an exchange request

  2. Ship the item to the designated return address

  3. Once the exchange is approved, the replacement item will be shipped

 

3. Important Notes

  • All return and exchange requests must be confirmed by customer service in advance. Items returned without prior confirmation may not be processed.

  • Customized products or special promotional items may not be eligible for return or exchange — please refer to the product description at the time of purchase.
